Release 3 Of Our System Is Now Live

We are thrilled to announce Release 3 of our system.

The past few years has given us the opportunity to sort through feedback from various Councils and Key Users. With that feedback in mind we started development for release 2 in 2022, creating a more encapsulated resource consent system. Release 2 is in live production at Manawatu District Council since June 2023.

Since then we have been working on Release 3, which has now been completed. It is ready to be rolled out to any of the councils wishing to use it to save time and cost to process resource consent applications for all stakeholders.

Some of the new features in Release 3 include:

Dashboard
Applicants, Agents and Councils can view some pertinent information and status of both current and closed applications; including status of conditions for consents that have been granted and 223/224 certificates for subdivisions.

They can also view all information relating to resource consent processes e.g. as District Plan, GIS Maps, Fees and various policies etc for the Council in one place.

Assessment Of Applications
Release 3 now enables councils to carry out full assessment of applications for resource consents online and issue Notice Of Decisions.

223 / 224 Subdivision Certificates
Applicants and Agents can apply for 223 / 224 subdivision certificates, which Councils can receive, review, and approve online.

Analytics
Councils can now generate several reports online, including information for National Monitoring Framework.
